The agreement between your shop and Parchi. Short, because the things that matter to you are few.

Parchi is billing and shop-management software. You may use it to run your business, on as many of your own devices as you need, for as long as your account is in good standing.
You are responsible for what happens under your account: who you give a login to, what PIN you set, and what your staff do with it. If a device is lost, sign it out from Settings → Signing in.
Your customers, bills, stock and reports belong to you, not to us. We hold them so the software works. You can export them at any time from inside the app, and you can ask us to delete them. What we do with them in the meantime is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
There is a free tier, and there are paid plans. Prices and what each plan carries are on the pricing section and inside the app; if we change them we will tell you before your next renewal, and you can leave rather than accept.
Stop paying and your plan drops back rather than disappearing: your data is not deleted and your online store stays up. Some limits tighten — that is what a plan is.
Parchi for Android is distributed from this site and from app stores we list on it. Install it from those places only. A copy of Parchi from anywhere else is not something we can vouch for, and we cannot support it.
We work hard to keep the service up and correct, and the app keeps billing on your device when the internet is down. But we do not promise it will never fail, and we are not liable for business losses that follow from an outage, a mistake in data you entered, or a device that stopped working.
Your accounts are your responsibility. Parchi computes GST and prints registers, and it tries hard to get them right, but it is not your accountant. Check your returns before you file them.
You can stop using Parchi whenever you like and ask us to close your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that is being used to harm other people, and where we reasonably can we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.
If these terms change we will update this page and the date on it, and tell you in the app when the change is one that matters. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes belong to the courts of Panipat, Haryana.
