Android will say the app is from an unknown source. Allow it for whichever app you are opening it from, then tap Install again. On Samsung that is Install unknown apps → Allow; on Xiaomi and MIUI you may also need to turn off Scan app before install.
It will call the app unsafe. That is Google saying it has not seen this app before, not that anything is wrong with it — it is not on the Play Store yet.
Enter your mobile number and tap Get Code. The code arrives on WhatsApp on that same number, so use a number that has WhatsApp on it.
The whole app reshapes around that answer — the menu, the words on the buttons, the fields a product carries. Pick the one that fits. You are not stuck with it, but it is the most interesting thing to try.
